People's UNION
Our Vision
Kentucky People’s Union is a community organization building a people’s union for everyday people in Eastern Kentucky that is equitable and creates belonging. We are in solidarity with each other no matter what neighborhood you live in or what you look like. We have the right to live dignified lives throughout Eastern Kentucky.
Our Campaign
In 2023, through a collaborative community process we launched our Tenant's Bill of Rights Campaign to win safe and affordable homes for all. Sign onto our petition and learn more information here.
Community Garden
In 2025, in order to build and strengthen community to meet our goals, we started a Mutual Aid Community Garden! We will be growing healthy and accessible food for the people of Ashland.
Our garden is located at 2039 Stabb St, Ashland, KY 41101.
