Similar to a labor union, we are organizing to build the power of everyday people to win on issues like COVID relief, renter's rights, fair wages, and more.

Ashland, Kentucky is our home base because of its awesome and resilient people and the deep history of labor organizing and multiracial solidarity in Appalachia.

We know that folks are having a hard time on so many issues. Our hope is that in conversations with our community we can identify those issues across neighborhoods, cities, and the entire commonwealth. We can use that knowledge to hold those with power: whether it be landlords, industries, or politicians- accountable to us - the people who give them their power and position.
